RedRover IT

Standing Out From the MSP Competition

RedRover IT was laser-focused on serving their clients but found that they kept running into the same challenges when trying to connect the dots for their customers. And the last thing they wanted was to sound like every other IT person.

RedSky — Opening New Business Channels

The RedSky team wanted to diversify their lead sources and needed help simplifying the technical jargon to attract more civilian clients who aren’t as well-versed in IT and cybersecurity vocabulary.

In the Message Intake Session, we got to know their brand, vision, and hopes for their clients. Next, we put that together into a clear website wireframe for our partners at ConvertCraft to bring to life in design and development. We continue to work with RedSky after the launch of their website to help them create thought leadership pieces for their blog and LinkedIn.

Today, their team is excited to have a marketing SME partner in Murphy Marketing so that they can focus on their areas of expertise. They help us understand the technical buzzwords and then we translate that back so “normals” like us can understand.
